Basketball Recap: Wolf Point Comes Up Short

Wolf Point was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 15th straight loss dating back to last season. They received a blow as they fell 75-56 to the Lame Deer Morning Stars.

Lame Deer's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kymani Fraser led the charge by dropping a double-double on 18 points and 17 rebounds. Fraser is crushing it when it comes to rebounds: he's pulled down at least ten every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Semaj Bird-Killsnight, who almost dropped a double-double on 17 points and nine rebounds.

Wolf Point's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Lame Deer, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Wolf Point didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, an 85-50 loss against Huntley Project on the 14th. As for Lame Deer, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 64-55 win against Park City on the 14th.
