Stevens Point had won three straight games and Lenna Mayer did her part to make it four on Saturday. The Panthers walked away with a 2-0 win over the Menomonie Mustangs thanks in part to Mayer, who had ten digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last four games she's played.

Stevens Point's victory bumped their record up to 11-2. As for Menomonie, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-9.

Stevens Point wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-1 win against Merrill on the 6th. As for Menomonie, they will take on Regis at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
