Two dominant forwards in James Huff and Reuhen Bhalod are getting ready to go toe-to-toe. The Lindbergh Eagles will welcome the Inglemoor Vikings at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
Inglemoor will be up against a hot Lindbergh squad: the team just extended their winning streak to three. Everything went Lindbergh's way against Newport - Bellevue on Tuesday as Lindbergh made off with a 67-42 win.

John Choul and Huff were among the main playmakers for Lindbergh as the former almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine boards and the latter went 5 of 10 en route to 13 points and six rebounds. Huff has been hot for a while, having also posted two or more blocks the last 11 times he's played. Another player making a difference was Lukas Lutthans, who posted six points and six assists.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Inglemoor, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They took their match on Friday with ease, bagging an 83-45 victory over Tyee. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 46-21.
Lindbergh better keep an eye on Bhalod. He was instrumental in Inglemoor's win, dropping a double-double on 23 points and 16 rebounds. Aman Sterling was another key player, going 5 for 10 on his way to 11 points and six assists.
Inglemoor smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 22 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least 11 offensive boards in five consecutive contests.
Lindbergh's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-8. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 67.3 points per game. As for Inglemoor, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season.
Some high-performance offense is likely on the agenda as Lindbergh and Inglemoor are some of the highest scoring teams in the league. Lindbergh hasn't had any problem running up the score this season, having averaged 57.9 points per game. However, it's not like Inglemoor struggles in that department as they've been averaging 68.1 points. With both teams so easily able to put up points, the only question left is who can run the score up higher.
Lindbergh took a serious blow against Inglemoor when the teams last played back in December of 2024, falling 73-45. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Sterling, who went 8 of 15 en route to 23 points in addition to six assists and four steals. Now that Lindbergh knows the damage he can cause, will they be able to stop him this time? There's only one way to find out.
