 Mound-Westonka won the last time they faced Delano, and things went their way  on Tuesday too. The Mound-Westonka White Hawks had just enough and edged the Delano Tigers out  6-5. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for Mound-Westonka.
  Connor Esposito made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he  didn't allow a single  earned run over four innings pitched. Esposito was also stellar in the batter's box,  firing off two  home runs while going 2-for-5.
 In other batting news,  Grayson Van Nelson was  excellent,  going 2-for-5 with two  RBI and a  double.
 Mound-Westonka's win bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Delano, their defeat was  their third straight on the road, which  dropped their record down to 8-6.
 Mound-Westonka will  square off against Hutchinson at 4:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Delano, they will be playing at home against Concordia Academy at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
