Soccer Recap: Polk County Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Polk County). They never let the Chase Trojans get on the board and left with a 5-0 victory on Tuesday. Reeve Carroll was a massive factor in the win as she booted in three goals all by herself.

The win (which was Polk County's third in a row) raised their record to 4-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those three matchups. As for Chase, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-7.
