Harrison Central has gone 6-1 against Catholic Central recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Harrison Central Huskies will head out to face off against the Catholic Central Crusaders at 6:30 p.m. Harrison Central has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

Last Saturday, Harrison Central got the win against Cambridge by a conclusive 54-32. The Huskies have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 22 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Harrison Central to victory, but perhaps none more so than Kennedy Dunlap, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and ten boards. Another player making a difference was Maddie Sedgmer, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and 14 rebounds.

Harrison Central smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 24 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in six consecutive contests.

Meanwhile, Catholic Central's game on Monday was all tied up 23-23 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They came out on top against Shadyside by a score of 51-44. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Crusaders.

Harrison Central's win was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-5. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 26.8 points per game. As for Catholic Central, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a nice bump to their 9-5 record this season.

Everything went Harrison Central's way against Catholic Central in their previous meeting back in December of 2024, as Harrison Central made off with a 49-27 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Harrison Central since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
