Softball Recap: Mountain View Comes Up Short

Mountain View managed to slip by Los Gatos the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Spartans lost 11-1 to the Wildcats on Thursday. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, the Spartans couldn't push the score so high this time.

Mountain View saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Raven Rasmussen-Dailey, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base.

Mountain View's loss dropped their record down to 10-12. As for Los Gatos, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 18-7-1 record this season.

As of now, neither Mountain View nor Los Gatos have any future games scheduled.
