Basketball Recap: Camden Skates Past Trinity Collegiate with Ease

Trinity Collegiate typically has all the answers at home, but on Tuesday Camden proved too difficult a challenge. They blew past the Trinity Collegiate Titans 75-40. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 games by 34 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Camden to victory, but perhaps none more so than Braylin Mungo, who went 6-for-14 en route to 16 points and three steals. Mungo is crushing it when it comes to steals: she's grabbed at least two every time she's taken the court this season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jillian Rush, who went 5-for-11 to rack up 11 points and seven boards.

Camden has been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 13 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-5 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 46 points. As for Trinity Collegiate, their loss dropped their record down to 17-3.

Camden wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, an 80-15 win against York on the 7th. As for Trinity Collegiate, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 65-44 victory against John Paul II on the 11th.
