Pusch Ridge Christian Academy came tearing into Tuesday's game with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Palo Verde Titans with a sharp 3-0 win.

The victory didn't come easy: Palo Verde scored at least 18 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-22, 25-18, 25-23.

Frankie Lopez paced Pusch Ridge Christian Academy's offense, picking up six kills. Lopez got some help from Patrick Coyle and his 11 assists. Jonathan Ranck controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

Pusch Ridge Christian Academy now has a winning record of 7-6. As for Palo Verde, they dropped their record down to 4-8 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pusch Ridge Christian Academy will host Sequoia Pathway Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Palo Verde, they will welcome St. Augustine Catholic at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
