Volleyball Recap: Erion Tabaku Key Part of Team Effort in Panthers Win

Carolina Forest had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They came out on top against the Indian Land Warriors by a score of 2-0 on Saturday.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Carolina Forest to victory, but perhaps none more so than Erion Tabaku, who had eight digs and two aces. Those eight digs gave Tabaku a new career-high. Alex Nikolov was another key player, getting 11 digs and one assist.

Carolina Forest has already played their next contest, a 2-0 win against J.L. Mann on the 23rd. As for Indian Land, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 victory against Hanahan on the 23rd.
