There's no place like home for Hartford Central, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They came out on top against the Lake George Lakers by a score of 3-1 on Friday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

While Hartford Central might've won, it sure wasn't easy: Lake George scored at least 21 points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-23, 21-25, 25-23.

Hartford Central moved to 10-5 with that victory, which also ended their three-match losing streak. As for Lake George, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 6-11.
