Waverly came tearing into Thursday's contest with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Valley Indians as they made off with a 3-0 victory. This was a revenge game for the Tigers: when they faced off against the Indians on September 9th, they had to take a 3-1 loss.

Waverly was especially dominant in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-20, 25-13.

Waverly found their leader in sophomore Hadley Ramsey, who had 12 digs and two aces.

Waverly's win bumped their record up to 14-3. As for Valley, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 12-4.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Waverly is set to take on their familiar foe Wheelersburg at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Valley will face off against rival Minford at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
