Weslaco's got stronger as the match went on, holding Economedes to fewer and fewer points set over set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-21, 25-14.
Lola Reyes was nothing short of spectacular: she had 18 digs and two aces. She has been hot recently, having posted 18 or more digs the last four times she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Brianna Trevino, who had 15 digs.
