Volleyball Recap: Verndale Falls to Parkers Prairie in First Game of Season + How To Watch

Verndale had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They came up short against the Parkers Prairie Panthers on Monday, falling 3-0. The loss continues a trend for the Pirates in their meetings with the Panthers: they've now lost three in a row.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Verndale will welcome Staples-Motley at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Parkers Prairie, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Rothsay at 7:15 p.m. on September 4.
