Volleyball Recap: Limon Comes Up Short + How To Watch

If Limon was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Deer Trail on Thursday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Badgers came up short against the Merino Rams on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The Badgers were not able to make up for their loss to the Rams from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-11, 25-8, 25-18.

Sophia McCormick paced Limon's offense, picking up four kills. McCormick got some help from Braelyn Malcom and her 13 assists.

Limon's defeat dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Merino, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 10-0.

Limon has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Flagler on the 25th. As for Merino, they will face off against Yuma at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Rams are facing the Outlaws at the right time seeing as the Outlaws are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
