Baseball Recap: Tualatin Takes a Loss

Tualatin has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 3.85 runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Wednesday. They lost 10-4 to the Sprague Olympians. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Timberwolves of the 8-5 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2023.

Tualatin has also been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 15-10-1 record this season. As for Sprague, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-9 record this season.

Tualatin has already played their next contest (against Willamette), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for Sprague, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 13-2 win against Lake Oswego on the 26th.
