Meanwhile, Alexandria City came up short against Woodson on Wednesday and fell 3-1. The defeat continues a trend for Alexandria City in their meetings with Woodson: they've now lost four in a row.

Fairfax now has a losing record of 5-6. As for Alexandria City, their loss dropped their record down to 7-7.

Fairfax came out on top in a nail-biter against Alexandria City when the teams last played back in May of 2024, sneaking past 3-2. Will the Lions repeat their success, or do the Titans have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
