Eau Claire Memorial won the last time they faced River Falls and things went their way on Thursday too. The Old Abes walked away with a 10-6 win over the Wildcats. That four run margin sets a new team best for the Old Abes this season.

Eau Claire Memorial's victory ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-13. As for River Falls, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-16.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Eau Claire Memorial will square off against rival Eau Claire North at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, River Falls is set to face off against their familiar foe Chippewa Falls at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
