Basketball Recap: Lighthouse Baptist Academy Skates Past Milford Christian with Ease

Lighthouse Baptist Academy came tearing into Friday's contest with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13.7 points) and they left with even more momentum. They breezed by the Milford Christian Conquerors to the tune of 74-32. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 25 points or more this season.

Leading Lighthouse Baptist Academy to victory were Dylan Varney and Nick Schott. Varney posted 26 points, while Schott had 23 points. Jackson Dinkle was another key player, putting up 11 points.

When it comes to explaining why Milford Christian lost, don't look at Jonah Johnson. Despite the final result, he dropped a double-double on 12 points and 16 boards. Another player making a difference was Keegan Fitzwater, who scored ten points and seven rebounds.
