Volleyball Recap: Sandhills/Thedford Takes Loss Despite Strong Performances from Laney Dahlberg and Katen Licking

Sandhills/Thedford lost against Ansley/Litchfield back in September of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Knights fell just short of the Spartans by a score of 2-1. The Knights' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Sandhills/Thedford's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Katen Licking, who had ten digs, and Laney Dahlberg, who had 17 digs, 12 kills, and two blocks. Dahlberg is on a roll when it comes to kills, as she's now had five or more in each of the last 14 games she's played dating back to last season.

Sandhills/Thedford's loss dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Ansley/Litchfield, the win was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-1.
