Basketball Recap: Paris Picks Up Third Consecutive Victory

Paris had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 38 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Tuesday. They secured a 67-62 W over the Nicholas County Bluejackets. This was a revenge game for the Greyhounds: when they faced off against the Bluejackets back in December of 2024, they had to take a 88-69 defeat.

The victory got Paris back to even at 7-7. As for Nicholas County, their loss dropped their record down to 6-5.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Paris will face off against Bourbon County at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. One thing working in Paris' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six matchups. Nicholas County has already played their next contest (against Pendleton County), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
