Briggs Beckwith Game Report: @ Brockway

Opposing passers better start keeping an eye on Briggs Beckwith: he recorded his first sack on Friday and we're guessing he's looking for more. He picked up 1.5 sacks, made seven total tackles (3.0 for loss), and defended one pass as Central Clarion [Clarion/Clarion-Limestone/North Clarion] took down Brockway 30-0. We hope Beckwith's good effort is the first of many we'll see posted here on MaxPreps.com.

Looking ahead, Beckwith and Central Clarion [Clarion/Clarion-Limestone/North Clarion] will venture away from home to face off against Karns City at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The matchup will pit Beckwith up against Karns City's star QB Cole Johnston. With so much talent on the field, fans are surely in for an exciting game.
