Basketball Recap: Liberty Union Wins Going Away Against Grove City Christian

Liberty Union won the last time they faced Grove City Christian and things went their way on Tuesday too. The stars were shining brightly for the Liberty Union Lions in a 62-46 win over the Grove City Christian Eagles.

Grove City Christian lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Landon Brunicardi, who posted 16 points and five rebounds. The game was Brunicardi's third in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Jadunn Harris, who earned 13 points.

Liberty Union's victory bumped their record up to 3-4. As for Grove City Christian, they moved to 3-1 with that loss, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Liberty Union will welcome Bloom-Carroll at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Grove City Christian, they will venture away from home to challenge Fairfield Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
