Basketball Game Preview: Chippewa Hills Warriors vs. Harrison Hornets

The Chippewa Hills Warriors will face off against the Harrison Hornets at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Chippewa Hills lost 53-31 to Ithaca on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 619th, while the Yellowjackets are ranked 148th).

Meanwhile, Harrison was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. The game between them and Bullock Creek didn't end well, with Harrison falling 68-51.

Chippewa Hills has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-10 record this season. As for Harrison, their loss dropped their record down to 3-14.
