Softball Recap: Fruitvale Bobcats vs. Big Sandy Wildcats
Fruitvale won the last time they faced Big Sandy and things went their way on Saturday too. Fruitvale came out on top against Big Sandy by a score of 9-4. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Bobcats.

Kyla Bain made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowed only two hits while striking out 19 over seven innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in April of 2024. She was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
