Daleville's game on Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Eastern Hancock Royals by a score of 10-5. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since May 5, 2018, but that streak is no more.

Bryson Sigler was a standout: he got on base in four of his five plate appearances with two RBI and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Austin Kerr, who went 2-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

With the win, Daleville broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 5-3. As for Eastern Hancock, they dropped their record down to 1-5 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Daleville will host Blue River Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Eastern Hancock, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lapel at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Bulldogs will roll in looking for their tenth straight victory, something the Royals surely won't give up without a fight.
