Soccer Recap: Norland Takes a Loss

Norland's game on Thursday was all tied up 2-2 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the South Miami Cobras by a score of 3-2. The Vikings were probably out for revenge after losing 4-1 to them when the teams met back in January of 2021, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Kech Bel and Gaethan Jean scored both of Norland's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Norland dropped their record down to 0-5 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for South Miami, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-4-1.

Norland didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 4-1 defeat against Booker T. Washington on the 10th. As for South Miami, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 4-0 loss against Goleman on the 10th.
