Baseball Game Preview: Chadwick Dolphins vs. Polytechnic Panthers

Chadwick is 2-8 against Polytechnic since April of 2022 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Dolphins will welcome the Panthers at 3:30 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Chadwick came into their game on Thursday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 7-1 to Western Christian.

Meanwhile, Polytechnic didn't have quite enough to beat Alhambra on Monday and fell 7-5.

Polytechnic saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Caiden Kennedy, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one RBI. Kennedy has been hot recently, having posted at least one stolen base the last three times he's played.

Polytechnic's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Chadwick, their loss dropped their record down to 9-5.
