Basketball Recap: Millville Comes Up Short

Millville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They came up short against the Greenwood Wildcats, falling 62-39. The matchup was a close 22-21 at the break, but unfortunately for the Quakers it sure didn't stay that way.

Millville's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Greenwood, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 14-3.

Millville will challenge Weatherly at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Greenwood has already played their next game, a 43-36 defeat against Halifax on the 25th.
