Football Recap: Campbell Spartans vs. Etowah Eagles

Campbell put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They put the hurt on the Etowah Eagles with a sharp 33-7 victory. Fans of the Spartans have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 20+ point.

Emilio Cervantes went supernova for Campbell, rushing for 109 yards and a touchdown on only seven carries. Cervantes got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run and that went for an incredible 76 yards. The team also got some help courtesy of Henry Pullen, who rushed for 56 yards and a touchdown.

Campbell's defense was in the mix too, especially the secondary: they snagged two passes before it was all said and done. The picks came courtesy of Brayden Matthews and Maddox West.
