Basketball Game Preview: Ethan Rustlers vs. Canistota Hawks

Ethan has gone 10-0 against Canistota recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Monday. The Ethan Rustlers will head out to take on the Canistota Hawks at 6:15 p.m. Canistota took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Ethan, who comes in off a win.

Ethan took a loss when they played away from home last Saturday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Thursday. They secured a 52-48 W over Corsica/Stickney.

Meanwhile, Canistota ended up a good deal behind Hanson on Thursday and lost 35-16.

Canistota has been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season. As for Ethan, they pushed their record up to 9-3 with the win, which was their third straight at home.

Everything came up roses for Ethan against Canistota in their previous matchup back in January of 2024, as the team secured a 70-31 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Ethan since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
