Basketball Recap: Johnson-Brock Piles Up the Points Against Sterling

Johnson-Brock won the last time they faced Sterling and things went their way on Friday too. The Johnson-Brock Eagles couldn't have asked for a better start to 2025 than the 57-16 blowout they got against the Sterling Jets. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 23 points or more this season.

Johnson-Brock got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Brooklyn Behrends out in front who posted 11 points in addition to seven boards and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Taryn Ottemann, who made all 5 shots she took to post 12 points and five rebounds.
