Smithson Valley entered their tilt with Boerne on Tuesday with ten consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with 11. They never let the Greyhounds get on the board and left with an 18-0 victory. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Rangers considering their two-run performance the contest before.

Smithson Valley's win was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-1. Those road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 15.1 runs over those games. As for Boerne, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-8 record this season.
