Baseball Recap: Mexico Tigers vs. Chittenango Bears
Mexico extended their losing streak to three on Saturday, dropping their season record down to 7-8 in the process. They took a 5-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chittenango Bears. That's two games in a row now that the Tigers have lost by exactly four runs.
As for Chittenango, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-6. The victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games.
