Soccer Recap: Millard South Takes a Loss

Millard South was the 4-1 winner over South Sioux City when they last played one another back in April of 2022, but their luck changed this time around. The Patriots fell 3-1 to the Cardinals on Wednesday. While losing is never fun, Millard South can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Nebraska soccer rankings (they are ranked 42nd, while South Sioux City are ranked fourth).

Millard South has also been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-12 record this season. As for South Sioux City, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 14-4.

As of now, neither Millard South nor the Cardinals have any future games scheduled.
