Soccer Recap: Indianapolis Washington Comes Up Short

Indianapolis Washington lost against Covenant Christian back in September of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Continentals came up short against the Warriors, falling 10-1. While losing is never fun, Indianapolis Washington can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Indiana soccer rankings (they are ranked 218th, while Covenant Christian are ranked sixth).

Indianapolis Washington has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season. As for Covenant Christian, they pushed their record up to 12-0-1 with the victory, which was their third straight at home.
