Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Canyon Springs). They simply couldn't be stopped on Thursday as they easily beat the Valley Vikings 54-6. Perhaps unsurprisingly given the team's high-flying offense, the game also marked the team's biggest win of the season.

Bakari Wilson continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 201 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 carries. His longest rush was for an impressive 63 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total. Tysean Mccraney was another key player, throwing for 77 yards and two touchdowns.

Canyon Springs was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 228 rushing yards. That's a new trend for them: they were averaging 91 rushing yards per game earlier this season, but in their last five matchups they've averaged 189.

On the defensive side of the ball, a lot of the credit has to go to Canyon Springs' defense and their six sacks. Kairen Henderson was particularly dangerous to the passing game, picking up twohimself.
