Claiborne Christian extended their winning streak to three on Monday, bumping them up to 9-8. They came out on top against the Weston Wolves by a score of 8-4. That's two games straight that the Crusaders have won by exactly four runs.

As for Weston, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 11-8. Wolves fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against Claiborne Christian since Monday.

For Weston's part, they saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Ty Henderson, who went 3-for-4 with one RBI. Dawson Griffin was another, going 1-for-3 with two RBI.

Coming up, Claiborne Christian will face off against St. Frederick at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Weston, they will challenge Quitman at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
