Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Summer Creek). Everything went their way against the Channelview Falcons on Thursday as the Summer Creek Bulldogs made off with an 8-0 win. Considering the Bulldogs have won seven matches by more than two goals this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Their offense was hitting Channelview from everywhere, as five different players booted in a goal. Brooke Atkins led that balanced group of strikers and accounted for three goals all by herself.

The victory made it two in a row for Summer Creek and bumps their season record up to 7-2. As for Channelview, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-6.

Summer Creek didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-0 loss against Atascocita on the 25th. As for Channelview, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 2-0 defeat against Humble on the 25th.
