Basketball Game Preview: Harbor Pirates vs. Pacific Collegiate Pumas

The Harbor Pirates will square off against the Pacific Collegiate Pumas at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with eight consecutive losses for Harbor and four for Pacific Collegiate.

Last Monday, Harbor took a blow against Scotts Valley, falling 90-52. While losing is never fun, the Pirates can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California basketball rankings (they are ranked 1133rd, while the Falcons are ranked 560th).

Meanwhile, Pacific Collegiate was beaten by St. Francis 68-31 on Thursday.

Harbor's defeat dropped their record down to 6-18. As for Pacific Collegiate, their loss dropped their record down to 3-13.

Harbor beat Pacific Collegiate 59-46 in their previous meeting back in November of 2018. Does Harbor have another victory up their sleeve, or will Pacific Collegiate turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
