Basketball Recap: Friday's Win Is Warren's Seventh in Last Nine Outings

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Orangefield, Warren was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They strolled past the East Chambers Buccaneers with points to spare, taking the game 53-34. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 38-35 back in December of 2024.

Warren is also on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine contests, which provided a massive bump to their 17-13 record this season. As for East Chambers, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 18-11.

Warren has already played their next match (against Kirbyville), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. East Chambers will square off against Orangefield at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
