Apollo and Forest Park are an even 3-3 against one another since May of 2016, but likely not for long. The Eagles will square off against the Rangers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Apollo will be strutting in after a win while Forest Park will be coming in after a loss.

Forest Park will challenge a team with plenty of momentum: Apollo extended their winning streak to three on Thursday. The Eagles came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 2-1 W against Daviess County. The game snapped a strange streak: the last five times these teams have met, it?s been the away team that?s taken home the W.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 15 runs the game before, Forest Park was a bit more limited in their contest on Thursday. They came up short against Washington, falling 7-1.

Apollo's victory bumped their record up to 12-7. As for Forest Park, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-9.

Apollo skirted past Forest Park 4-3 in their previous matchup back in April of 2025. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Eagles since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
