Basketball Recap: New Albany Puts Losing Streak Behind Them

New Albany had to endure an 11-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They blew past the Holy Cross Cougars, posting a 55-21 win. The victory was all the more spectacular given the Bulldogs' disadvantage in MaxPreps' basketball rankings in their respective home states (they are ranked 294th in Indiana, while the Cougars are ranked 138th in Kentucky).

New Albany's win ended an 11-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 2-11. As for Holy Cross, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.
