Baseball Recap: Thomas Jefferson Academy Takes a Loss

Thomas Jefferson Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They fell 8-3 to the Trinity Christian Crusaders.

Thomas Jefferson Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cason Walden, who scored a run and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Thomas Jefferson Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Trinity Christian, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 3-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Thomas Jefferson Academy will square off against Bulloch Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Trinity Christian, they will head out to face off against Mount de Sales Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
