Football Recap: Jurupa Hills Beats Adelanto for Their Third Straight Win

Jurupa Hills entered their tilt with Adelanto on Tuesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They were the clear victors by a 33-12 margin over the Saints. The Spartans' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Jurupa Hills got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Samantha Alegria out in front who rushed for nine yards and one touchdown, and also caught one TD.

Jurupa Hills didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Amy Hernandez and Jazel Lopez. Hernandez has been hot recently, having posted at least one interception the last three times she's played.

Jurupa Hills now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Adelanto, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 4-3.

Jurupa Hills has already played their next game, a 39-6 victory against Fontana on the 2nd. As for Adelanto, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 25-0 win against Arroyo Valley on the 2nd.
