Basketball Game Preview: North Middlesex Regional Patriots vs. Shepherd Hill Regional Rams

North Middlesex Regional is 0-5 against Shepherd Hill Regional since December of 2014 but things could change on Friday. The North Middlesex Regional Patriots will head out to face off against the Shepherd Hill Regional Rams at 6:30 p.m.

North Middlesex Regional can't be to happy about their upcoming road game considering what happened when they opened their season on the away from home on Tuesday. They took a blow against Oakmont Regional, falling 66-12.

Meanwhile, Shepherd Hill Regional gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Fitchburg as Shepherd Hill Regional made off with a 50-24 win. The victory was some much needed relief for the Rams as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak dating back to last season.

North Middlesex Regional might still be hurting after the 48-25 loss they got from Shepherd Hill Regional in their previous meeting back in January. Can North Middlesex Regional avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
