League recap: Pritzker College Prep tops Noble Street College Prep to extend winning streak

Pritzker College Prep extended the longest winning streak in Chicago Public Intra-City 3 this week by beating Noble Street College Prep, 12-6. This was the team's eighth consecutive win.

Rowe-Clark Math & Science Academy took down Rauner College Prep 26-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.

UIC College Prep's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Firecats feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Adib Mahmud has thrown for 172 yards this season, while Harrison Lawler has 10 catches for 240 yards. Christopher Wilkins leads the league in rushing with 326 yards.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Golden Tigers take on UIC College Prep. As it stands, Noble Street College Prep is in second, while the Firecats are in fifth.

Tom Mulder's team made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 12,025 from 12,525. The improvement was the result of 12-6 victory over Jason Rothgeb's team last week.
