Recap: Delta Panthers vs. Alamosa Mean Moose
Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only The Delta Panthers walked away with it. They blew past Alamosa, posting a 49-14 victory on the road. The victory was just business as usual for Delta, who after ten games remain undefeated this season.
Talan Hulet was on fire: he rushed for 153 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 9.0 yards per carry. Ty Reed was another key contributor, throwing for 216 yards and two touchdowns on only 15 passes.
Alamosa's lost on Saturday despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Brant Jackson, who picked up 118 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Delta's victory bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Alamosa, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-6.
Delta is on the road again on Saturday and play against The Classical Academy at 1:00 p.m. on November 11th. The Classical Academy is also coming in off of a big victory, so somebody is in for a big reversal of fortune. Alamosa does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
