Basketball Recap: Angoon Comes Up Short

Angoon lost to Skagway on Wednesday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Eagles lost to the Panthers at home by a 44-29 margin.

Angoon's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Skagway, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-8.

Looking ahead, Angoon will square off against Klawock on Wednesday. The Eagles are facing the Chieftains at the right time seeing as the Chieftains are stuck on a four-game losing streak. Skagway does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
