Baseball Recap: East St. Louis Takes a Loss

Tuesday just wasn't the day for East St. Louis's offense. They came up short against the Collinsville Kahoks on Tuesday, falling 15-0. If the Flyers were looking for revenge after losing 18-0 to the Kahoks when the teams met back in April of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

East St. Louis has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-9 record this season. As for Collinsville, their win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 7-13.

While East St. Louis had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
